Dosing Differences Dysport is measured in different units than Botox, and the two are not interchangeable. Approximately 2.5–3 units of Dysport are equivalent to 1 unit of Botox. This doesn't mean Dysport is less potent — it's simply a different formulation that requires different dosing.
